A. You never need an appointment to visit one of our after hour urgent care clinics. You may walk in, or you may schedule an online appointment to reduce your in-office wait time. Visit our location pages to schedule an online appointment at one of our urgent care facilities. For non-onset injuries and illnesses, to be seen by one of our primary care providers or at one of our physical therapy centers, you will need to make an appointment in advance. Our urgent care centers treat any illness or injury that is not life or limb threatening. At our primary care facilities, we treat chronic conditions as well as provide recommended wellness screenings and can conduct such diagnostic lab tests.
