Local Health Care Provider Introduces its New Brand, Nova Health

Eugene Urgent Care is Nova Health

Prime Care Partners, Eugene Urgent Care, Roseburg Urgent Care, and Atlas Physical Therapy have a new unified name and brand identity. Today, these 13 medical care practices, which formerly operated under the same leadership but leveraged separate branding, are known as Nova Health. According to Nova Health Chief Executive Officer Bill Clendenen, the new name is reflective of the company’s recent market centric patient-focused care philosophy.

“Our network of urgent care, primary care, and physical therapy facilities have undergone tremendous success and growth throughout our existence because of our people and their commitment to our patient-centric healthcare model,” said Clendenen. “As we reached a pivotal point in the evolution of our organization, we realize that our success and the bright future that lay ahead for our company, our people, and our patients could only be defined as a nova or a new star. The collaborative formation of a new entity that is stronger and brighter than its individual components. That realization formed the foundation for our new, unifying brand identity.”

Clendenen explains that the company’s leadership and staff wanted to offer patients a unified brand experience to ensure patients felt confident when attending any of its urgent care, physical therapy, or clinic facilities, that they were receiving care from the same overarching health care organization they trust.

“As our company expanded over time, we opened and operated individual locations using a naming convention that reflected the office’s location,” explained Clendenen. “What we learned over time, however, was that many patients who relied on the people and offerings at our facilities were not aware that each standalone location was part of a larger organization offering additional services. By aligning all our facilities under one brand, our patients will be able to differentiate our practices from other medical providers in the region and can be comforted in knowing that when they walk into a Nova Health location, they can expect consistent care.”

Patients should expect to begin seeing the new Nova Health brand name, turquoise and teal color scheme, and logo in affiliation with the former Prime Care Partners, Eugene Urgent Care, Roseburg Urgent Care, and Atlas Physical Therapy health care facilities. While the new brand identity will result in updated facility signage, marketing materials, and a redesigned website, Clendenen assures patients that the focus of their offering will remain the same. This focus remains the patients and the communities we serve.

“What sets us apart has always been, and will continue to be our people,” said Clendenen. “I want our patients to know that even though our name has changed, the quality of the health care services they have come to appreciate, and the clinical staff they trust, will not change. We are committed to continuing to provide the high-quality health care experience that this community has come to expect from us.”

Nova Health Announces Opening of New Springfield Urgent Care Location

Eugene Urgent Care is Nova Health

Springfield, OR – February 1, 2019 – Nova Health, formerly Eugene Urgent Care, has announced that it will open a new urgent care center at 445 Harlow Road in Springfield on Monday, February 4. The urgent care center will accept walk-in patients Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. To celebrate the facility’s grand opening, representatives from the Springfield Chamber of Commerce and Nova Health will be on-site on Thursday, February 7 at 10 a.m. for an official ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The newest Nova Health urgent care location will provide patient care and treatment for residents and families in the Springfield and Eugene areas, expanding on Nova Health’s network of conveniently located quality health care facilities.

“We are committed to ensuring local families and our surrounding communities have convenient access to quality, affordable health care,” said Bill Clendenen, Chief Executive Officer of Nova Health. “Opening the doors of our new Harlow Road location is just one more step toward achieving our vision of ensuring that we have the facilities and staff in place to offer our patients a spectrum of accessible, comprehensive outpatient medical services, from urgent care treatment to wellness and primary care, to physical therapy and injury recovery.”

The newest Nova Health urgent care location is staffed by experienced and compassionate medical professionals including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, medics and medical assistants prepared to provide treatment for patients for non-life-threatening sudden injuries or illnesses. Patients should seek treatment at an urgent care facility at times when they are unable to be seen by their primary care provider, but their condition does not warrant a visit to the emergency room. The Harlow Road location will offer clinical treatment for such conditions as the flu, hives, headaches, sinus infections, urinary infections, strains and sprains, and lacerations.

“The most important aspect of our care delivery model is our people,” said Clendenen. “At Nova Health, we are proud to be staffed by a team of highly experienced and knowledgeable health care professionals whose approach to clinical care aligns with our patient-centric care model, helping us to meet our goal of keeping our patients at the core of everything we do.”
